Not happy with Byline Maps Pro? Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your Gumroad order number or receipt. We'll process the refund within a few business days.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued by Gumroad back to your original payment method. Once a refund is processed, your Pro license key is automatically deactivated the next time you're online with Byline Maps open — no need to do anything on your end.

After 14 days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis — email us and we'll take a look.
